I discovered calligraphy when my sister-in-law sent letters to my parents that were beautifully addressed. Then in college I took a calligraphy class and feel in love! After moving to Texas from Iowa I joined a local calligraphy guild and continued my calligraphy education. In 2009 I finally decided to do calligraphy for hire. I enjoy making occasions unique and special. My favorite thing to do is practice lettering. All I need is a nib in staff, black ink, and a white piece of paper. I am inspired by my fellow guild member's calligraphy work. They amaze me!
